How quickly will you get back to me?
During working hours we aim to respond to every form submission the same day. Requests that come in overnight or on a Sunday are answered first thing the next working morning. If it cannot wait, call (876) 477-0369.
Do you charge for a quote?
No. Quotes are free. For larger jobs that need a site visit to price accurately, the assessment visit is also free within our main service areas.
Do you handle emergencies after hours?
Yes — burst pipes, electrical faults and total AC failures do not wait for Monday. Call us directly rather than using the form. After-hours callouts carry an additional fee which we tell you before dispatching anyone.
Can I book more than one service at once?
Absolutely, and it usually works out cheaper. Select "More than one service" on the form and describe everything you need. We will schedule the trades in the right order in a single visit where possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash and bank transfer. Payment terms are set out on your quote before work begins — larger jobs are typically staged with a deposit and a balance on completion.
Do you work outside Kingston?
Yes, islandwide across all 14 parishes. Give us a little notice for the outer parishes and we will schedule you into a route.
